A refreshing and delightful gluten-free snack made with cream cheese, fresh cucumber, and dill, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 oz dry ranch seasoning packet
  • 4 large gluten-free flour tortillas
  • 2 tsp fresh chopped dill
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced thin

Instructions

  1. Chop fresh dill and thinly slice the cucumber.
  2. Mix softened cream cheese with dry ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle chopped dill over each tortilla.
  5. Arrange cucumber slices evenly over the cream cheese and dill.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
  7. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  8. Unwrap and cut the ends off each log.
  9. Slice the remaining log into 6 equal portions and serve.
