A comforting and creamy chicken dish served over angel hair pasta, made effortlessly in a crock pot.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of Italian dressing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
  5. Once the chicken is done, shred it in the sauce and stir to combine.
  6. Serve the chicken and sauce mixture over the cooked angel hair pasta.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
