- 10 sheets of rice paper
- 1 cup of finely chopped vegetables (carrots, cabbage, and mushrooms)
- 1/2 cup of cooked shrimp or tofu (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Oil for frying
- Soak the rice paper sheets in warm water until soft.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped vegetables, shrimp or tofu, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a spoonful of the filling onto the center of each rice paper sheet.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly to form a dumpling.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the dumplings until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
