Deliciously crispy bites filled with melty cheese and dill pickles, perfect for any gathering or family night.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup certified gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Take a dill pickle slice and place a small amount of the cheese mixture on top, then sandwich with another pickle slice.
  3. Dip the pickle sandwiches into the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the pickle bites until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
