Crispy Cabbage Pie with Dill Cream Sauce

  • 1 medium head of cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded cabbage with salt and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, water, and olive oil to form a dough.
  4. Roll out the dough and place it in a greased pie dish.
  5. Layer the salted cabbage on top of the dough.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  7. While the pie is baking, mix sour cream and chopped dill in a small bowl to make the sauce.
