Crispy 5-Ingredient Almond Flour Crackers for Guilt-Free Snacking

Delicious, healthy, and easy-to-make almond flour crackers, perfect for snacking or pairing with dips.

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 large Egg (or flax egg for vegan option)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Optional Herbs/Spices (garlic powder, smoked paprika, everything bagel seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and salt.
  3. Add the egg and olive oil to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper until about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Remove the top parchment paper and cut the dough into desired shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.
  6. Transfer the parchment paper with the dough onto the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let them cool completely before breaking apart and enjoying!

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to one week or freeze for up to three months.
