  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, crumble the pressed tofu into small pieces.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the crumbled tofu.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Place the tofu balls in the basket in a single layer.
  8. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • For extra flavor, consider adding chopped green onions or herbs to the mixture.
