A delicious and easy recipe for everyone that combines creamy cheese sauce with fresh broccoli and pasta.

  • 8 oz pasta of your choice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the pasta water.
  3. Drain the pasta and broccoli, and set aside.
  4. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the cheese sauce, and mix well.
