A gluten-free twist on classic Italian creamy seafood stuffed shells with shrimp, crab, and rich cheeses.

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Combine in a mixing bowl the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, cooked shrimp, crab meat, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture.
  5. Spread some marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish, then cover with the remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your seafood delight!
