  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest, mixing until well incorporated.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips until smooth.
  4. Fold the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  7. Roll the truffles in crushed graham crackers or coconut flakes if desired.
  8. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until set.

Notes
