  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 servings gluten-free ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pot.
  2. Add sliced chicken, cooking until browned and cooked through.
