Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package gluten-free wonton wrappers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and green onions in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Layer wonton wrappers on the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
