  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped spinach, diced bell peppers, chopped zucchini, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and dried oregano to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the mixture is set.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
