  • 4 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they begin to soften.
  4. Stir in the diced corned beef and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the chopped cabbage and beef broth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and everything is heated through.
