A luxurious baked potato dish featuring creamy textures and rich flavors. This gluten-free side is perfect for family dinners and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
  3. Mash the potatoes until smooth, then stir in the heavy cream, butter, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Fold in the Gruyère cheese.
  5. Transfer the potato mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy!
