- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
- Add gluten free oats and mix until well combined.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the peanut butter and oat mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
