Delightful gluten-free brownies infused with fresh strawberries and topped with rich melted chocolate.

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir in the sugar until combined.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  7. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
  8. Fold in the sliced strawberries.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  11. Melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil together until smooth while the brownies are baking.
  12. Let the brownies cool slightly after removing them from the oven.
  13. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top.
  14. Allow to set before cutting into squares and serving.
