A delightful no-bake chocolate cake layered with chocolate cookies, dulce de leche, and cream cheese, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams chocolate cookies (about 2 packs)
  • 500 grams dulce de leche
  • 500 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix the dulce de leche and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Pour the milk into a shallow dish.
  3. Dip each chocolate cookie into the milk for a few seconds.
  4. Layer the dipped cookies in a rectangular dish.
  5. Spread a layer of the dulce de leche and cream cheese mixture over the cookies.
  6. Repeat the layers: dipped cookies followed by the cream mixture.
  7. Finish with a final layer of the cream mixture on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or overnight for best results.
  9. Serve chilled, dusted with cocoa powder.
