Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, chipotle sauce, Dijon mustard, green onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. Mix cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in another bowl to make the slaw.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing salmon patties on the buns and topping with cilantro lime slaw.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
