  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix in a bowl lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill or bake the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with rice, veggies, or in tacos.

Notes
