- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, and mixed vegetables.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
- In another bowl, mix the Bisquick, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the Bisquick mixture over the chicken mixture in the casserole dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
