  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 package gluten-free crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the cooked chicken, chopped onion, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
  5. Arrange the filled crescents on a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese before serving.
