  • 2 cups Grilled Chicken (tender grilled or rotisserie)
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce (freshly chopped)
  • 1 cup Caesar Dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Croutons (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Chop grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Chop romaine lettuce into medium-sized pieces.
  4. Combine pasta, chicken, and lettuce in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add Caesar dressing and toss to coat evenly.

  7. Finish with Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
