- 1 cup gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the shredded coconut evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over the coconut.
- If using, add the chopped nuts on top of the chips.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over all the layers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a nut-free version, omit the chopped nuts.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
