  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice, chicken broth, broccoli, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
