Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two different bowls.
  3. In the bowl with the egg yolks, add cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  4. In the bowl with the egg whites, add cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
