A delightful gluten-free loaf blending sweet apples and warm spices, perfect for fall.

  • 2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the diced apples.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow it to cool slightly before drizzling with a mixture of powdered sugar and milk, followed by caramel sauce.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
