- 1 package of croissants
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then mix in the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll the croissants and place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture on the wide end of each croissant.
- Roll the croissants up and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice to the shrimp mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
