  • 6 pain au chocolat or chocolate-filled pastries
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1 orange, sliced into rounds
  • ½ cup clotted cream or mascarpone
  • ½ cup fruit preserves (strawberry or apricot)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
  • 1 bottle chilled sparkling wine (Prosecco, Champagne, or Cava)
  • 2 cups chilled orange juice, preferably fresh-squeezed
  • Orange slices or berries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place pastries on a large serving board or platter, grouping similar varieties together for visual cohesion.
  2. Arrange assorted fruits around the pastries, filling gaps and creating a vibrant, colorful presentation.
  3. Place dollops of clotted cream or mascarpone and fruit preserves in small bowls with serving spoons.
  4. Pour honey into a separate small bowl and position on the board.
  5. Crown the arrangement with fresh mint sprigs for color and aromatic appeal.
  6. Pour sparkling wine into champagne flutes filling halfway.
  7. Top each with orange juice and gently stir to combine.
  8. Garnish with orange slices or fresh berries.
  9. Present immediately while beverages are chilled and pastries remain fresh.
