Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder, and oats.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using.
  4. Gradually add water until the mixture is moist but not too sticky.
  5. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
