  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cookie crumbs (graham crackers or crumble cookies)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl; press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth in another bowl.
  4. Add sour cream and mix until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  8. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
