A delightful summer dish featuring seasoned fish wrapped in warm corn tortillas, topped with fresh cabbage and a spicy chipotle-lime sauce.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Dried thyme
  • Salt
  • Corn tortillas
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Sour cream
  • Chipotle in adobo
  • Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with blackening seasoning (paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and salt), coating evenly.
  3. Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through and flaky.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or directly on the grill.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing the cooked fish on the tortillas, topping it with shredded cabbage, and serving with the chipotle-lime sauce (sour cream, chipotle in adobo, lime juice, and salt) on the side.
