Decadent gluten-free bars combining earthy pistachios and tangy blackberries for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pistachios
  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine crushed pistachios, flour, melted butter, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  4. Spread fresh blackberries over the crust. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining pistachio mixture over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are certified gluten-free. Allow mix to rest before baking for better flavor melding.
