  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, salt, and melted butter.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, egg, and apple cider vinegar. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use parchment paper for easy removal from the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
