A crispy and savory Bang-Bang Bacon Cheeseburger Sandwich featuring layers of juicy beef, crunchy bacon, and melted cheddar, all in gluten-free bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices of bread (certified gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp bang bang sauce (or spicy mayo)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper until browned.
  2. In another pan, cook the bacon until crispy.
  3. Spread mayonnaise and bang bang sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. On one slice of bread, layer cooked ground beef, crispy bacon, and a slice of cheddar cheese.
  5. Top with another slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  7. Grill the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Slice and serve hot.
