  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, eggs, and maple syrup.
  3. In another bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  5. Grease a donut pan and fill each cavity with the batter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the donuts cool before removing them from the pan.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
