  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • ¼ cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)
  • ½ cup fresh berries (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the pie dish.
  2. Whisk together eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in oats and melted butter.
  4. Let sit for 5 minutes to absorb.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared dish.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Top with optional berries, nuts, or honey.
