1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the gluten-free macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the gluten-free flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, cooking for about 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese and gluten-free breadcrumbs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add more milk to the cheese sauce.
