  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the gluten-free macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the gluten-free flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, cooking for about 1 minute.
