- 200g feta cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place the feta cheese in the center of the dish.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta is soft.
