A delightful blend of crispy bacon, creamy ranch dressing, and fresh herbs, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound spiral pasta
  • 1 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped fresh parsley
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dried ranch seasoning
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to packet directions. Drain and set aside to cool completely.
  2. Make the creamy ranch dressing by adding mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and ranch seasoning to a small mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place cooled pasta in a large mixing bowl along with cooked bacon, thawed peas, grated cheese, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and stir through until well combined.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors marry.
  6. Serve from the mixing bowl or transfer to a large salad bowl to serve.

Notes

This pasta salad is great for potlucks and can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
