A simple and tasty recipe for a crustless quiche loaded with bacon and cheese.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or baking pan.
