1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup diced apples
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, applesauce, and eggs.
In another bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the diced apples.
