- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
