  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, diced apples, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the mixture is set.
