A comforting and hearty casserole made with egg noodles, ground beef, creamy tomato sauce, and gooey cheese, perfect for gatherings and family dinners.

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups creamy tomato sauce
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in creamy tomato sauce and cooked noodles; mix well.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and top with cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

Allow the casserole to rest for a few minutes after baking to set up nicely.
