  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
