Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and melted butter together.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. If using, fold in the shredded cheese.
  6. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel shape.
  7. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each bagel.
