  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, granulated sugar, powdered sugar, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy, then add vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually fold the egg whites into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top of each cookie.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
