  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 package spring roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top.
  4. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Spray the spring rolls lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Place the spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
