- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package spring roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the spring rolls lightly with cooking spray.

- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
