Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with optional toppings.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
