I founded GlutenFreez after my own journey to make cooking without wheat feel like home again. I blend self-taught culinary talent with my Nutritional Science background to ensure every recipe is safe, reliable, and delicious.

All About Me

Growing up in Italy, the kitchen was the heart of connection and tradition. When I had to go gluten-free, my source of comfort became a place of frustration. I felt like I was saying goodbye to the flavors I loved.

That frustration became my fuel. I decided my life would not mean culinary compromise.

The turning point was recreating my grandmother’s lasagna using gluten-free pasta. When I served it, my family asked for seconds—no questions about gluten-free! That powerful moment proved that gluten-free food can bring the exact same joy and flavor as any traditional recipe.

Now, splitting my time between Florence and Naples, Florida, I combine authentic Italian flavor with accessible comfort food. If you miss “the good stuff,” you’ve come to the right place! ANYONE CAN MAKE our easy, safe recipes!
